Constantine appeared on The Wendy Williams Show last Monday, Aug. 2.  He was seen at the beginning of the show as the show opener and he introduced Wendy Williams.  He later talked with Wendy about who might be the new judges on American Idol and about Rock of Ages.

The next morning, Tuesday, Aug. 3 was the day of American Idol auditions at the Meadowlands in New Jersey.   Constantine introduced Ryan Seacrest who told the people in the IZOD Center that it was “a record crowd for American Idol.”  Constantine also sang “Bohemian Rhapsody” and “Living on a Prayer” from fellow Jersey rocker Jon Bon Jovi.

Here’s a nice picture that Constantine himself posted on his Twitter page with Michael Orland, Music Director from American Idol.  He and Michael worked together when Constantine was a contestant on AI back on Season 4.

More from Sundance 2010

While at the Sundance Film Festival, Constantine was interviewed by Olivia Munn. What To find out what caused Mr. Maroulis to ponder so deeply, go here to see the entire interview.

While there, Constantine ran into some longtime friends and got photographed with them.  One of them is a new Victoria Secret model.

The Daily News Gatecrasher reported in an article titled “Orlando Bloom finds warmth with Adrien Brody at Sundance Film Festival,”

While Bloom and pal Adrien Brody stayed bundled up, others kept warm by getting cozy with their significant others: Socialite Tinsley Mortimer  was seen snuggling with rumored boy toy Constantine Maroulis after he and the cast of “Rock of Ages” finished performing at the Bing bash.

James Carpinello, Emily Padgett, and Constantine arrive for a screening of 'Sympathy for Delicious' at the Sundance Film Festival

Constantine and fellow Rock of Ages cast members James Carpinello and Emily Padgett gave a performance last night at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, UT.  The music was provided by the band called Arsenal who plays at Rock of Ages on Broadway.  Their performance was at a party for the films Hesher starring Natalie Portman and Joseph Gordon Levitt and Sympathy for Delicious which stars Mark Ruffalo, Laura Linney, Orlando Bloom and Juliette Lewis.  Matt Weaver and Scott Prisand, co-owners of Corner Store Entertainment are the producers of both films.  They also are producers for Rock of Ages.

Earlier in the day, Constantine was photographed in Park City:

Other pictures were taken of him in the Lounge at The Lift:

Here is one from the performance.

Twitters describing the show included Kay Jones, a Senior Editorial Producer at CNN:

Addition:  Kay Jones of CNN posted this on her blog:

1215a: Just arrived at the Bing sponsored party at Village at the Yard. The cast of Rock of Ages is on stage right now, singing some of the favorites from the show. I can’t see them as I am still waiting… Outside…. In the snow.

1220a: Made it inside! Constantine Maroulis is leading the cast in “Don’t Stop Believing”, as the crowd sings along.

1a: The show is over. Constantine and gang have come out to the room to hang with the crowd. Can’t get close enough to ask how their Sundance is going. I do overhear him say something of the effect of: “this is cool”.

Haitian Fundraising Event

This was found on Blogwing.  It is about a fund raising event and a silent auction to be held at 1Oak in New York on Thursday, Jan. 21.  Constantine is on the committe.  Be sure to click the link and get more information on the site.

Like everyone else, we were heartbroken by the devastation that hit Haiti last week and thought what can we do. Before we can even begin to think we received a message from our friend Emma Snowdon-Jones about putting together a benefit. She had contacted her friend Nigel Barker who has actually shot a film on Haiti and in the past held a fundraiser to build a school there and the ball was rolling. We secured a venue with 1OAK and our friend Eve Salvail, also known as DJ Evalicious agreed to spin. We decided to hold a silent auction/online auction at the same time and the items came pouring in as well. So if you are in New York this Thursday won’t you stop by 1OAK from 9 to 11, if you can’t stay, make a donation. All proceed are going to EDEYO and Concern Worldwide. We are suggesting a donation of $40 at the door. There will be surprise performances and we have a pretty star studded committee including: Gabriel Byrne, Terry George, Estelle, Emma Snowdon-Jones, Scott Buccheit, Nigel Barker, Amy Sacco, Anne Vincent, Ranjana Khan, Gillian Hearst, Phillip Bloch, Danielle Thur, Scott Sartiano, Bettina Prentice, Richie Akiva, Ronnie Madra, Jeffrey Jah, Thom Felicia, David Barton and Constantine Maroulis.

Yesterday, Constantine tweeted:

Gettin a lil’ trim…gonna save some locks to raise money for Haiti. Anyone interested??? Hmmmm??

And he attached this photo to his tweet:

Will the golden locks be a part of the auction at this event?
